Built 1934, art deco style, a building that now hosts weddings, conferences, comicons, concerts and boxing fixtures. There’s debate on if it was built solely by John Fraser (local architect also designed The Alhambra Theatre) or with assistance from F A MacDonald & Partners. Whoever is responsible it has seen a lot of events and guests including Dalai Lama and the Queen.
